Labs are not optional. In the labs, you will have the chance to collaborate with your fellow students. It is your opportunity to struggle with the difficult skill of successfully communicating your ideas and actively listening to the ideas of others as you work together to produce well-written lab reports and essays. There is a handout, call the Lab Writing Guide which may assist you in producing excellent lab reports.

Attendance will be recorded and will form part of your grade, together with the results of
      five (5) graded lab reports.

Labs are 20% of your final grade.
