XXXII		Contracting Parties
	1.	Defines Contracting Parties as governments applying this Agreement under Articles XXVI or XXXIII or the Protocol of Provisional Application.
	2.	Allows Contracting Parties to withdraw CP status from any CP which hav not accepted this Agreement pursuant to paragraph 4 of Article XXVI.
