State Trading Enterprises |

1(a) |
Requires non-discriminatory treatment regarding trade
transactions. |

Purchases must be based only on commercial considerations and
afford adequate opportunities to compete for sales. |

No enterprise under the jurisdiction of a CP can be prevented
from abiding from (a) and (b). |

direct use, only "fair and equitable treatment" is requred for those imports. |

obstacles resulting from state enterprise operations. |

In cases of an import monopoly not covered under negotiated
