The goals of this course are to:

• Improve your mathematical writing.
• Practice communicating and presenting mathematics (including giving talks).
• Prepare and submit your junior writing portfolio.
• Prepare for your Senior Comps Project and the Comprehensives Exam.
• Learn new mathematics. (And have fun with it!)

There will be plenty of individual projects, group collaborations, peer review, and self assessment. By the end, I expect you to be able to answer the question "What kind of a mathematician are you now and what do you want to  do in the future?"
