    Short assignments:
    In groups--randomly assigned legal teams
    Different for each assignment
    Must meet group deadline
    Assess group contribution after each assignment

    Note: no graded homework
    I will issue study questions
    You will need to know the analysis on exams.

    Term paper:
    A major case
    An economic analysis of both sides of the case and of the outcome
