Contract cases: Team assignments

To do:
1.	Read the "Everyone reads" cases.
2.	For the cases assigned to your team:
	a.	Read the case, with a focus on the perspective of your team's assigned side, Plaintiff or Defendant.
	b.	Plaintiff side should be prepared to present the facts of the case.
	c.	After class discussion of the case, Plaintiff side prepares a case brief:

		(1)	For the case information (facts of the case, court opininon, etc.), copy and paste selected passages into the brief. Use brackets [] to enclose any passages you include that summarize or paraphrase the case.
		(2)	Your analytical summary should be about 1-2 paragraphs long. Aim to include in it the key points about the case raised during class.
		(3)	Limit your entire brief to 2-3 pages.
		(4)	Email me your completed brief by the next class meeting (whitney@oxy.edu) so that I can post it in the class schedule.
