(a) | Temporary export restrictions for foodstuffs and other essentials to relieve critical shortages | |
(b) | Restrictions associated with "classification, grading or marketing" | |
(c) | Agricultural and fisheries import restrictions necessary in the enforcement of governmental measures to (i) to restrict domestic production, (ii) to remove a temporary domestic surplus, or (iii) to restrict animal product production which depends on the imported item. Import restrictions under (i) cannot depress the import share of consumption below estimated free-market levels. |
