Myron Hunt
A major
figure in the history of Southern California architecture,
Myron Hunt established the master plan for the Occidental
College campus and was responsible for the design of all
campus buildings built between 1912 and 1940. Located in
Eagle Rock, California, a neighborhood in northwestern Los
Angeles, the campus was designed along a Beaux-Arts
cross-axial plan with the majority of the buildings designed
in a Mediterranean Revival style.
