Please take the time to thoughtfully complete this evaluation.  I will use this information in addition to all other evaluative information to give you an individual grade on the final project.
DUE the day of your written presentation (12 noon on Thursday May 7).

I. Self Evaluation.  What strengths did you bring to the group?  What areas could you improve upon next time you have to work in a group situation?

II. Participation Evaluation.  In the space below, write the names of the members of your project group, including yourself.  In the spaces to the right, give a percentage (0% to 100%) for each group member, including yourself, representing the total amount of work you believe each member put in for the group.  All of your percentages together should total 100%.  Thus in a group of four people where you believe three people worked equally and the fourth worked twice as hard, you would put 20%, 20%, 20%, 40%.
