The SOA announced on July 13 that it will not recognize CAS transition rules for new Exams 3 and 4. The CAS Web Site announcement on July 9 has therefore been revised to reflect the fact that the SOA will not recognize those rules. This SOA decision does not change the previously announced CAS transition rules nor does it impact on CAS students.
