Print Warning Messages

Prints warning messages when a number of warnings has occurred.

arguments, which will be passed to the function cat.
The most likely to be useful is file= to redirect the warning printout.

This function is used if prior execution has produced multiple
warning messages.
By default, S-PLUS does not print more than five warnings from one expression.
