Summary Method for Local Regression Models
DESCRIPTION:
Returns a summary list for a Local Regression (loess) Model.
USAGE: 
summary.loess(object)
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:
object:
a loess object.
VALUE:
summary of fitted local regression model.
DETAILS:
This function is a method for the generic function summary for class "loess". It can be invoked by calling summary for an object of the appropriate class, or directly by calling summary.loess regardless of the class of the object.
