The Boundary of the Feasible Region:
The important message here is that each line surrounding the feasible region corresponds to one of the variables in the model being equal to zero. This is displayed in the graph on the right.
On the feasible sides of each of these lines, the corresponding variable is positive. On the infeasible side of the line, the corresponding variable is negative.
