DESCRIPTION:
Returns the values of all arguments of the function loess that were used in creating object.
USAGE: 
specs.loess(object)
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:
object:
loess object
VALUE:
a specs.loess object whose components contain the values of all arguments of the function loess that were used in creating object, both values specified by default and values specified by the user.
