Plot Molecule Objects
DESCRIPTION:
Plots molecule objects.
USAGE: 
plot(x, same.scale=T, ...)
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:
x:
a molecule object.
OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:
same.scale:
same as in plot.ptable or plot.dwt.
...:
additional arguments to the relevant plot.ptable or plot.dwt.
VALUE:
same as that of plot.ptable or plot.dwt.
SIDE EFFECTS:
when x inherits from class dwt.molecule, a DWT plot is produced; otherwise a packet table plot is produced.
DETAILS:
Coefficients in the molecule object are plotted at their locations in a dwt object (when x inherits from class dwt.molecule) or a ptable object (wavelet packet table or cosine packet table).
