Math 496: Mathematical Modelling


Application of mathematical techniques found in probablity and statistics, numerical analysis, differential equations, linear algebra and optimization to solve problems drawn from the life sciences, physical sciences and social sci ences. Familiarity with a computing language is recommended but not required.

Prerequisite: Mathematics 220 (Multivariate Calculus)
