0) Who is your Comps Advisor?
1) What is the title?
2) What is the abstract (100-word paragraph summary)?
3) Include your source material (in PDF)
4) What are the advanced mathematical topics and ideas to be used and
explained in the paper or talk?
5) What course work have you taken that prepares you for this topic?
Proposals
should include an outline of work to be completed.

4) Be at least 5 single-spaced pages long (no more than 20).
