68. Note: the solution we did in class is different from the solution below because the problem is not stated clearly in the book and we interpreted it differently. Our solution and the solution below are similar and have the same "main idea", but the interpretation the book has in mind is like problem 67: First place gets one point; last place gets N points (N = number of voters); then the candidate with the fewest points wins. In the solution below, the "best ranking" corresponds to the smallest average (being ranked #1 is better than being ranked #2).
