You do not need to purchase a textbook for this course.
Attendance, and Class Participation:
Since this is a colloquium course, attendance and participation are an essential part of it, and will count as a significant part of your grade, as described in the table below.
Homework, Exams, etc.:
I am not at this time planning to give any exams. If I see the need for it, however, I may give exams or quizzes. They would count toward your grade as part of Submitted Written Work (see table below).
Homework will consist of various exercises, projects, and papers that will be assigned weekly.
