- Let C be a circle. Let p and q be two distinct points on C. Prove that
the line segment from p to q lies entirely inside the circle (except for p
and q, of course, which are on, rather than inside, C). Before proving this,
give precise definitions for "line segment from p to q" and for "inside
the circle".
