$50.00 for registrations received by mail or fax after 11/8/99. Please allow sufficient

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations should be made by phoning the Continuing Education Department in order
to obtain a refund of the registration fee. The Society of Actuaries will refund the
registration fee, minus a processing fee of $50. Please confirm your cancellation in
writing. The Society reserves the right to cancel the seminar if conditions warrant. In
the event of such cancellations, registration fees will be refunded in full. We are not
responsible for any discounted airfares or hotel penalties that an attendee may incur due
to cancellation.
